2 cups plain yogurt, whole milk or non-fat (480ml)
½ cup fresh pitted, or frozen dark sweet cherries (90gr)
¼ cup honey or to taste (57ml)
2 tsp. vanilla extract (10ml)
¼ tsp chia seeds per glass (1 gr each)
Instructions
Pour the yogurt, cherries, honey and vanilla into a blender, and puree well. Pour the smoothie into 2 serving glasses, and top each glass with ¼ tsp. of chia seeds.
