Ingredients

1 cup natural peanut butter (240g)

1/3 cup rice vinegar (120ml)

2 tbsp. peanut oil (30ml)

12 cloves garlic, peeled

1 tbsp. honey (15ml – optional)

1 tbsp. soy sauce (15ml)

2/3 cup water (160ml)

¼ tsp. cayenne pepper or to taste

Salt to taste

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve with cold meats or salad.
