2 cups fresh basil leaves (40g)
½ cup walnuts (56g)
½ cup shaved parmesan cheese (50g)
½ cup olive oil (120ml)
Salt and pepper to taste
Add the basil, walnuts and parmesan to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until ground to your preference. Add olive oil and pulse once or twice to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
