3–5 green onions
1 large shallot (2 oz or 56 gr)
1 tomato, seeds removed
1–2 fresh chile serrano (removing the seeds makes for a milder flavor)
1 avocado
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro (10 gr)
Pinch of salt
a few drop lemon juice, or to taste
Finely chop all of the ingredients, and combine in a bowl. Salt to taste, and season with lemon juice. Serve immediately.
