Pan Grilling a Steak in Finex Cast Iron & Salsa Criolla Recipe
- Yield: 2 Cups (500gr)
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar (60ml)
- 1 large onion
- 1 large bell pepper, seeded and minced
- 1/2 cup olive oil (120ml)
- salt and freshly cracked black pepper
- Combine ingredients in a glass bowl, and allow to marinate for about 30 minutes before serving. Keeps for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
